In the course of audit work, RS Audit may possess or access your personal data shared by clients or market research agencies. Even though the information will not be used for the preceding purpose as implemented by the clients or market research agencies, there is a risk that the individual respondents could be linked to their responses. Any information that is shared with RS Audit will be secured properly and access by the project team only. For the avoidance of doubt, RS Audit’s purpose is limited to auditing research methodologies, and not the scrutiny of your personal data, and the subject matter to which it is linked thereof.

RS Audit may also ask for your personal data when you reach out to us and this may take place in person, over the phone, or online; in such situations, personal data is only collected with your consent and by authorised RS Audit staff.

RS Audit has technical, administrative, and physical safeguards to protect the personal data and confidential information we collect. Our staff take appropriate measures to maintain the confidentiality and integrity of your personal data. Personal data held by RS Audit will not be used for marketing purposes.

We will continue to review and make the necessary security arrangements to protect your personal data from unauthorised access, collection, use, or similar risk.
